SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (WBZ NewsRadio) — Seven people were taken to the hospital for smoke inhalation after a Springfield house fire Wednesday morning.
Springfield fire officials tell WBZ NewsRadio that two dogs and three cats were also rescued from the blaze.
None of the injuries are considered serious, and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
