One Dead After Fiery Tollbooth Crash In New Hampshire

HOOKSETT, N.H. (WBZ NewsRadio) — One person died in a fiery crash at a toll booth plaza in New Hampshire, state police say.

Police and fire officials responded to the Hooksett Toll Plaza early Friday morning, and discovered a 2017 Subaru Forester that had crashed into an occupied toll booth and burst into flames.

The toll booth operator was taken to the hospital as a precaution but was not injured.

The deceased driver has still not been identified, and the cause of the crash remains under investigation.
