NH Poll: Pete Buttigieg Surges Days After Iowa Caucus

MANCHESTER, N.H. (WBZ NewsRadio) — Mayor Pete Buttigieg is rapidly gaining favor with primary voters in New Hampshire, according to the WBZ-TV/Boston Globe New Hampshire Tracking Poll. He now trails Sen. Bernie Sanders by just one point.

This increase comes days after the Iowa Caucus, where results show that Buttigieg is virtually tied with Sanders.

The WBZ-TV/Boston Globe New Hampshire Tracking Poll puts Buttigieg at 23 percent and Sanders at 24 percent.

The poll also shows Sen. Elizabeth Warren at 13 percent, and former Vice President Joe Biden trails at 11 percent.

The candidates are set to debate Friday night at Saint Anselm College at 8 p.m.
