BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — A local donut chain is challenging all takers from Philly to a bet. Kane's Donuts is confident that the Celtics will beat out the Philadelphia 76ers in their current playoff series. The chain is offering up a bet: they'll take a dozen donuts from any Philadelphia store if the C's win, and they'll send a dozen of Kane's best donuts they lose.

The 76'ers won the first game in the series, and Game 2 is Wednesday night at 8:00 at TD Garden.

So far, they've had no takers from the mean streets of Philly.

"Too bad none of your Philly Donut Shops are brave enough to take our donut wager!" reads a sassy tweet from Kane's.
