Juvenile Charged With Attempted Murder Following Shots Fired Investigation

BURLINGTON, Mass. (WBZNewsRadio) - A 16-year-old wanted in connection with an alleged shooting incident in Burlington last month has been arrested and has been charged with attempted murder.

Police responded to the Avalon Burlington apartments back on October 18th in connection to reported drug dealing activity in the area. Police began searching for the suspect, who was known to them. The teenager was arrested in Boston and has been charged with the discharge of a firearm within 500 feet of a dwelling, conspiracy to violate drug laws, and attempted murder.

Police will be releasing the name of the juvenile due to his age.
