WATCH: Tim Tebow, Fan With Brain Injury, Reunited At PawSox Game

BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) —It has been a while since Zach McLeod saw his idol Tim Tebow.

McLeod, 27, from Brookline, suffered subdural hematoma, a severe brain injury, during a high school football game in 2008.

That injury left him with severely disabled with limited mobility and unable to speak.

Through the Tim Tebow Foundation, the pair were able to meet in 2012 when the Denver Broncos played the New England Patriots in Foxborough.

The former NFL quarterback-turned baseball player for the Syracuse Mets happened to be in the neighborhood to play against the Pawtucket Sox on June 2.

In the video above, the old friends were reunited once again as if no time was lost between them.
