SOMERVILLE, MA (WBZ-AM) -- The man accused of urinating on flags at Somerville Veterans Memorial Cemetery is pleading not guilty.
Thirty-one-year-old Michael Lacey is charged with willful defacement of a monument, open and gross lewdness, and disturbing the peace for a September 10th incident.

He was reportedly on an OKCupid date and somewhat intoxicated when a witness says he saw him relieve himself on American flags. Lacey turned himself in on Wednesday.
