CHICHESTER, NH (WBZ-AM) -- Virginia State Police confirms that they have arrested Phillip Nash, the 21-year-old who police say stole his mother's SUV -- after Police found a body in Canterbury, NH Monday, believed to be his mother Frances Nash, 51.
She disappeared from Chichester Thursday.
The NH Attorney General's Office had issued an arrest warrant for Phillip on Monday after both Frances SUV and apparent body was located.
