MINNEAPOLIS (WBZ-AM) -- In the 16 years Bill Belichick's had a healthy Tom Brady leading his club, New England's won five Super Bowls and reached eight--the next, Super Bowl LII, this Sunday against the Eagles.

Long-time Bengals receiver and current NBC Sports analyst will be calling that game--and he says he thinks the Pats' dynasty is the best in the league's history.

He told WBZ NewsRadio 1030's Adam Kaufman it's because the system is built against them--the draft, free agency, coaches changing spots--but they keep doing it anyway.

"This league has manufactured a system to never allow the Patriots to win as much as they've won," he said. "And the fact that they've been able to somehow keep it together, hold it together, and deliver the championships they have? I don't think we'll ever see it again."
